Weight Room Hours and Expectations

Expectations-

1. Compete in other sports at GRHS!

2. If not involved in other sports, lift 3x per week, following the program and proper progression set forth by Strength and Conditioning Coach Anderson.

3. Complete workouts in OUR weightroom with OUR team!

Wednesday:

6 AM- 8 AM

2:30 PM-5:00 PM

3:15 PM-5:30 PM
