The platform based Olympic program employed by the Grand Rapids Strength and Conditioning staff mimicks movements of sport and aimes to develop the athlete holistically.  With focus on core strength, speed and explosiveness, the GR Program is second to none and will benefit ALL athletes.  Contact Head Strength Coach Chad Anderson for more details or to get on a work out!


The Grand Rapid High School Fitness center is open M-T from 6:30 AM-8:00 and after school from 3:06-5:30.
